Asian Cooking: A fresh look at stir fry and other tempting and easy one-dish meals
There is a reason why some Asian populations have some of the lowest rates of chronic disease and longest lifespans. Traditional Asian food is chock full of healthy vegetables and lean protein. We’ll look beyond the high fat and sodium choices available at most Chinese and Japanese restaurants and focus on easy to prepare one-dish meals with Asian flare, flavor and ingredients.
