The Handley Library  meeting rooms are available on an equitable basis to organizations for meetings that are free and open to the public and are of an educational, cultural, or civic nature.

There is a cleaning fee for the use of the Handley Library Meeting Rooms:

Benham Room (seating capacity 25)

Full day $60 (more than 4 hours, including set-up time)
Half day $35 (4 hours or less, including set-up time)

Robinson Auditorium (seating capacity 110)

Full day $150 (more than 4 hours, including set-up time)
Half day $75 (4 hours or less, including set-up time)

A projector with laptop, projection screen, tables & chairs (Benham) are available for the use of those renting.

Meeting rooms are available only during the Library’s regularly scheduled hours.

Meetings must end before the library closes.
