The Bowman Library  meeting room is available on an equitable basis to organizations for meetings that are free and open to the public and are of an educational, cultural, or civic nature.

There is a nominal cleaning fee for the use of the Meeting Room:

Full day $50 (more than 4 hours, including set-up time)
Half day $25 (4 hours or less, including set-up time)

The meeting room has a seating capacity of 120.  

A projector, laptop, projection screen, tables, & chairs are available for the use of those renting the room.

Meeting rooms are available only during the Library’s regularly scheduled hours.

Meetings must end before the library closes.
