This presentation will appeal to those interested in Civil War as well as those interested in genealogical research.  Trish Ridgway will talk about her research on one intriguing graffiti list of Union prisoners found in the Shenandoah Valley Civil War Museum in downtown Winchester, VA.  She discovered how they were captured and what happened to them after they left the courthouse. Seems this group of soldiers mostly stayed together as they were transferred from prison to prison. A few escaped and make it to Union lines in Tennessee.
